Why We Exist
More Faith Than Fear Community Solutions exists to bridge the gap between long-term care communities and the outside world. We serve residents in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and assisted and independent living communities by providing essential personal services, social enrichment, transportation support, and advocacy. But we are more than a service organization. We intentionally create opportunities for intergenerational connection — bringing young people and elders together in spaces where wisdom is shared, stories are honored, and understanding is built. Elders deserve access, dignity, and community. Young people deserve perspective and mentorship. We exist to connect both.
How It Started
Our nonprofit began with visits to rehabilitation facilities to help residents navigate Community HealthChoices (CHC) waiver services as they prepared for discharge. During those visits, we met individuals who had been in facilities for years — often with limited family support, minimal engagement, and voices that had gone unheard. We saw isolation where there should have been connection. What started as service navigation grew into a mission to restore dignity, increase access, and reconnect residents with the outside community — because dignity, connection, and community should never be out of reach.
Where We're Going
We are expanding our services across long-term care communities while deepening our impact through intentional intergenerational engagement. As we grow, we will continue restoring dignity, increasing access, and elevating resident voices — building stronger bridges between care facilities and the communities around them.

Our Vision
We envision a future where individuals living in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, assisted living, and independent living communities are fully connected to the world around them — not isolated from it. While many residents receive basic services, we strive to become a trusted hub that delivers those services with deeper care, understanding, and cultural awareness of what they are truly navigating. As we grow, we aim to create inclusive spaces — such as accessible barbershops, salons, and community gathering environments intentionally designed for the disabled community and built to foster intergenerational connection. Our vision is a community where long-term care residents are not overlooked, but integrated, respected, and recognized as vital members of society.
